Summit is designed to capture your movement, steps and calories burnt. Whether you’re walking, running or cycling, we’re with you!

Using Summit is simple. Ensure the app is open and we will do the rest. We will even record transport and movement in locations to help build a bigger picture of your daily movement if you keep Summit open. For estimated calories burnt, please enter your body metrics in the calorie counter settings.

When movement is logged it appears in a daily timeline. Tapping on an activity will allow you to view your route on a map with data including steps, calories burnt and distance.

Summit has two other features we’d like to mention. The first what we call the ‘wave’ screen. This screen allows you to see total activity data but also view activity specific data over a given period of time along with a ‘wave’ graph of your movement. This can be accessed by tapping on the day at the top of the timeline. The second feature a punch card that displays the time when an activity took place. This can be found in the navigation under statistics.

We’re passionate about health and fitness and our goal is to create great health and fitness products that you as our product user love and most importantly benefit from. Therefore we’d love to hear from you with your suggestions and feedback for future releases.

BATTERY USE
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We use iPhone 6 & 7 at SoPhysical. We’ve found that if you charge your phone at night, you’re able to get through the day with Summit running in the background, however please note your results may vary due to multiple factors. We’re continuously investigating ways to minimise battery use.

This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.
